Join Now

Step 1 qualification

Any retail, purchasing, or merchandising business is eligible for our wholesale program.

Step 2 application

Fill out the registration form to join our napkin wholesaler program. You'll need to provide:

your federal tax ID number
at least three trade references
one bank reference with complete address and account number

Step 3 review

once you submit your application, our sales team will review the details and reply within one business day. You'll gain full access to our exclusive wholesale catalog and begin placing orders upon approval.

how our wholesale program works

here's how you can get started

What is your minimum order amount?: We do not have a minimum order. Order what you need when you need it.
What payment terms and options do you offer? Are these available on the website?: All initial orders must be placed with a credit card on your account and your card will be charged at fulfillment. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). After you become an established account, we offer a variety of terms and payment options for our wholesalers, including ACH, net15, net30, net60, and more. If you have an established account, you can place an order on the website according to your terms agreement. To learn more about terms, please contact us at orders@bostoninternational.com
Are there exclusive wholesale discounts or incentives: We offer our products at wholesale prices and frequently run sales, promos, and free freight offers for our approved wholesale partners. To qualify as an approved wholesaler, you will need to fill out our wholesale registration form and include a copy of your resale certificate.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?: This depends on the time of year, and our stock position of course. Generally orders ship within 1 week. If you have a time sensitive ship date, please contact our customer service department and they’ll be happy to try and accommodate your request.
What are the return, exchange, or refund policies?: We stand by our products and we want our customers to purchase our products with confidence. We accept returns only for damaged or defective merchandise, or if we have shipped you the wrong item. Returns are only accepted with authorization from our Customer Service department. However, at the company’s discretion, non-defective merchandise returned for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if a return is authorized for non defective goods. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all freight charges. Any returns or credits that will return to your account usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
