Payment Terms New Accounts: Credit card with signed order form only. We do not accept c.o.d. orders. Minimum initial order is $300.00. Minimum reorder: $150.00. All new orders under $200.00 and reorders under $150.00 will be charged a $25.00 surcharge for processing and packing materials. We will not waive this charge. Establishing Open Accounts: Initial orders are credit card only. Please supply at least three trade references and one bank reference with complete address and account number plus your re-sale number to establish and open account. If you do not supply us with this information your account will remain on a credit card or pro forma basis.
