Warehouse Help
Full-Time and Seasonal Warehouse Help for our 65,000 sq. ft. warehouse.

This is a hands-on position for a well organized individual responsible for accurately following safety practices and reporting any safety issues, ensuring a clean, drug-free, and friendly warehouse environment while having a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow both written operating procedures, and verbal instructions. The individual must have a high school education or equivalent and be able to lift and move heavy (~50 lbs) material.

The individual should be able to accurately locate items both physically and within an inventory management system. He/she should also be familiar with fulfilling customer orders in accordance with prescribed procedures. This may include picking orders, verifying items for accuracy, investigating exceptions, escalating issues or problems to floor supervisor, quality checking, and also preparing product for shipment. The individuals must also be able to prepare and/or process paperwork necessary to accomplish the above process and be open to perform other duties as assigned in cooperation with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of work in process.

The successful candidate for this position should possess the following abilities:

  • Verify quantity, quality, labeling and addressing of all products ready for shipment against the customer order
  • Basic understanding of computer operations and programs such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Fork truck certification desired
  • Hours of operation are 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, start time varies from 7:00 am or 8:00 am - must be flexible depending on business needs.

    Warehouse Operations Supervisor
    Warehouse Operations Supervisor who will report to the Warehouse and Distribution Manager of our 65,000 sq. ft. warehouse.

    The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for operating an efficient, productive and safe department. The successful candidate will supervise all throughput and support areas as required, coordinates staffing to accommodate seasonal volume and is responsible for leadership and development of those in his/her area of responsibility.

    This is a hands on position including the following key responsibilities:

  • Directing day to day material movement activities in the warehouse
  • Overseeing quality control on all inbound freight
  • Performing root cause analysis, publishing & reporting metrics to operations management
  • Performance of key indicators including but not limited to inventory accuracy, safety, productivity & other key warehouse indicators
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects such as bar code implementation
  • Determining & managing space requirements in the warehouse
  • Safety, cleanliness, security & organization of warehouse
  • Analyzing work flow & developing improvements to maximize productivity
  • Ensures that established procedures are followed


  • The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:

  • College degree preferred or experience may be substituted for education
  • 3-5 years of management/supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of safety practices, warehouse product handling and basic freight management
  • Proficiency with basic computer operations & programs such as Outlook & Excel
  • Experience with an inventory control system is required
  • Fork truck certification a must
  • Position requires an individual with strong attention to detail & planning skills
  • Ability to give and take direction

    Inside Sales
    Immediate Full-time Opening

    Dynamic inside sales people to sell our merchandise to new and established accounts. The successful candidates will report directly to our Vice President of Sales, call on established accounts, develop new business and be a liaison with our outside sales force. Gift show travel may be required. Successful candidates will have 2-4 years of experience, BS/BA or equivalent; possess excellent phone and computer skills.

    This is a salary plus incentive position.

    Purchasing Coordinator
    Full-Time Opening

    The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, familiar with purchase order/cargo data entry and maintain department files. In an administrative role, you will communicate with our international vendors to obtain and update contact information, delivery details and vendor terms. Other responsibilities include obtaining invoices, maintaining the item master list, catalog coding and updating product information. Familiarity with AS400 systems is a plus. The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma and minimum 2 years purchasing experience.
